How to lose weight?



There are countless articles out there showing you numerous and creative ways to loose weight, but how many of them actually do work? Some say that your diet is the main thing you should be aware of while some others say that is is your level of physical activity. Oh god! The options keep on rolling but there was never really a way to apply your time to meet your efforts in "losing weight".

As an obese individual myself, I too had the same problem of solving the mystery of losing weight. After all the digging and research one thing was clear to me and it was only 2 things that will be responsible for you to lose weight.

The two most important factors you have to take into account are diet and exercise.

Diet :

You probably have heard that diet pays a huge role in your quest for losing weight. Well you heard it right. If you control the amount of calories you take, weight loss will be a breeze.

Exercise :

As backed up by research, muscle activity is the best way to lose weight. So if you put in a good hour of extreme activity you are bound to lose those tyres in no time. Now again it is easier said than done.
Now if you are just beginning to exercise don't be so vigorous. Start slowly because your body needs to get accustomed to the level of activity. Set an achievable target. As you continue you will notice your targets are easier to achieve. Go to your local gym and practice some exercises.
