Why do drugs lead to suicide?

You may have probably heard that drugs, more specifically recreational drugs that people use and basically screw up their lives. The discussion on Drugs today is a very heated topic because lots of people are dying by using and overdosing on them. Famous stars like Linkin Park's Chester Bennington and Micheal Jackson died by jumping into the inescapable grasp of these substances. It really is a tragic situation to their families and to their fans.

These Hollywood stars and people get hold of these drugs for free at first and taste their extremely luring and addictive taste because of the pleasure and stimulation is brings. Then they get so hooked and addicted that they would do literally anything and everything to get the "high" that they got from those drugs. When their bodies got desensitized to that drug no matter how much of the drug they consumed they could not reach that "high" they used to get. Then a point comes where they can't live without the stimulation. So they search for alternate drugs and the process keeps going on until they are left without anything.

Their bodies are extremely desensitized to drugs that they can't find a way to get "high". Their only source of happiness has been taken away from them and they have no way of being happy. Then they are thrown into extreme dumps of depression. They are so depressed that they cannot find anyway of being happy. Its like you are mentally in your very own prison.

So what comes to mind when there is no way out?.....Yes, you guessed it. Suicide. The last thought that comes to these people is to take your own life as it is the only way out of the misery and melancholy of living with deep levels of depression.

Your parents or teachers were probably right when they advised you not to take drugs. You completely lose control, if people were able to control themselves then all the drug traffickers will go broke and drug cartels will cease to exist. Rehabilitation centers will be deserted. But that ain't true and it proves how dangerous these substances can be.
