Luxury,
a lifestyle in Dubai
When we hear the word “luxury”, several places come to our
mind, but amongst all those places, we all can say without any doubt whatsoever
Dubai is the most ostentatious and pristine out of all of them. Gold, Luxury
sports cars, world class hotels, magnificent jewelry and anything you name in
relation to luxury it is most probably found in the ever so majestic Dubai.
Living a luxurious lifestyle might mean owning million dollar
sports cars or owning a three million dollar luxury yacht or sometimes having a
lot of money to do whatever you want, but the way you spend your money is how
you really show the amount of luxury you are having. Well, Dan Bilzerian is one
of the best living examples of man clearly spending his money in living a
luxurious life in his own way. In Dubai the luxury game is in a whole new
level.
Dubai has a unique way of defining luxury and what it stands
for. Living large is an understatement in Dubai. While touring Dubai, there are
a number of unbelievable things you will notice and you can be guaranteed you
may never see these things anywhere else in the world.
It currently holds world records for quite a number of
unbelievable things that you could not imagine came to being a reality. Dubai
has the largest man-made island, tallest building as well as a shopping mall
that is not only gigantic but also state of the art.
The Police
Force
Talking of luxury, when it comes to ranking the coolest
police force in the world Dubai just steals the spotlight. Dubai police force
boasts of a fleet of luxury sports cars with the inclusion of a Bugatti Veyron.
This just radiates the fact that luxury is found in every corner of this
magnificent country as they make sure even the police force has the best
possible method in manifesting Dubai’s opulent vibe.
You must think that you have
seen it all in the hotel industry with Five-Star treatment. Well, think again
as you can be sure to visit the only Seven-Star hotel not just in Dubai but in
the world. The one and only Burj Al Arab Hotel. Guess there will always be much
more to knock off on what you thought is the very best. It is only in Dubai
that all that you thought is the best is not the best.
The Burj Al Arab
Set on an island in a striking
sail-shaped building, this luxury hotel is a 5-minute walk from Wild Wadi Water
Park and 4 km from Mall of the Emirates.
Opulent suites feature
floor-to-ceiling windows with gulf or city views. All have 24-carat gold iPads,
free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and iPod doc. They offer Egyptian linens, designer
toiletries, whirlpool baths and butler service. Upgraded suites include snooker
tables, libraries, cinemas and private elevators. A breakfast buffet, parking,
and water park passes are free. Amenities also include 9 restaurants and bars,
4 pools and a private beach. There's a spa, a fitness center and a kids' club.
The Palm
Islands
How much more bonkers could you get by literally building an
Island in the water? Well it is nothing surprising for Dubai as they have
proved to build the most creative and extravagant piece of architecture ever
made by man. Palm Islands are two artificial islands, Palm Jumeirah and Palm
Jebel Ali, on the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As of November 2014,
only Palm Jumeirah has been completed. This island takes the form of a palm
tree, topped by a crescent. After completion, Palm Jebel Ali will take a
similar shape; both islands will be host to a large number of residential,
leisure and entertainment centers and will add a total of 520 kilometres of
non-public beaches to the city of Dubai.
The creation of the Palm Jumeirah began in June 2001. Shortly
after, the Palm Jebel Ali was announced and reclamation work began. A third
island was planned and construction started, but this project was later
remodelled and renamed to Deira Island.
The World
(archipelago)
Okay, now if building an island on water cannot bring down
the jaws of people with awe what else possible could? Well think again as Dubai
just keeps surprising us with its incredible, majestic and colossal structures.
Imagine putting a small world on the water? Now that just shatters the deepest
wacky thought centers in your brain doesn’t it? Well Dubai just reached the
zenith of creative architecture with the construction of this sumptuous and
monumental structure by literally building a miniature sized world in the
water.
The World or The World Islands is an artificial archipelago
of various small islands constructed in the rough shape of a world map, located
in the waters of the Persian Gulf, 4.0 kilometers (2.5 mi) off the coast of
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The World islands are composed mainly of sand
dredged from Dubai's shallow coastal waters, and are one of several artificial island
developments in Dubai. The World's developer is Nakheel Properties, and the
project was originally conceived by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the
ruler of Dubai.
Construction of the 300 islands began in 2003, only to halt
due to the 2008 financial crisis. Though 60 percent of the islands had been
sold off to private contractors back in 2008, development on most of these islands
has failed to initiate. As of late 2013, only two of the islands had been
developed. In January, 2014, Kleindienst Group announced the launch of "The
Heart of Europe" project; by February, 2014, one of Kleindienst Group's
brands - JK Properties' announced in their monthly newsletter that the project
was "well underway". The first of these series of islands will be
Europe, Sweden and Germany with development led by Kleindienst Group, the
Developer for The Heart of Europe project.

Jewelry
What truly defines luxury other than jewelry? Jewelry is one of
the most essential elements when it comes to the luxury game. Anything you want
to do with jewelry Dubai has got it. Wearing jewelry (when I mean jewelry I don’t
mean the ordinary jewelry people wear but I mean the high end jewelry) is so
mainstream in Dubai that a constant demand for it exists. How much would you
spend to purchase a phone? Due to the luxury life in Dubai, purchasing a cell
phone that cannot equate to your entire life savings.
In conclusion what I have said here in this article is just the tip of the iceberg. There are truly copious amount of things in Dubai to support the amount of luxury you will find there and to truly experience the luxury in Dubai you should visit Dubai and trust me, when you leave, you will have the idea of what heaven looks like.
